Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number. We usually dispatch the orders within 1-2 business days, however, delays may occur depending on government guidelines applicable in your state/city due to unforeseen circumstances such as unsuitable weather conditions or political disruptions/strikes/lockdowns etc., acts of God like floods/earthquakes etc.

Upon successful handover of purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner following placement of an order by the user, Mishmash Naturals will send a unique tracking identity number via email or SMS or both for checking status updates regarding expected date(s) of delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days across most locations in India but it can take up to 10 days for remote locations. Mishmash Naturals reserves the right to cancel an order if unsuccessful after three attempts made at delivering it.

While Mishmash Naturals makes reasonable efforts towards ensuring timely deliveries, no compensation shall be provided if delayed because mental agony/tortuous claims arising from shipment/delivery delay cannot be compensated according to law.

Returns

Mishmash Naturals (from here on refer red to as the “seller” ) does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

Non-returnable: Once a customer receives a makeup product from us and opens the package, the product becomes non-returnable. We will not accept any returns or exchanges for products that have been opened.

The seller will accept exchange of the products purchased through the website subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :-

● Exchange requests will been entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition.

● The buyer has to inform the seller of his / her intention to exchange the broken products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his / her shipping address.

All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment is received by the seller. Return orders are to be sent back to the following address :

Refund

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

We will not provide any refunds for makeup products that have been opened by the customer. We encourage our customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the product before opening the package.

Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refund will be in the form of store credit :

● If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Mishmash Naturals fails to ship the ordered products.

● If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

● No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days in the form of store credit or direct transfer.

No refunds will be given in the following cases :

● Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer

● Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and / or premises

● Refusal to accept products - Delivered at the place / to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself

● If a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he / she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations.

● Force majeure event

By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice
